Our Recycled Fiberglass Product, manufactured from 85% recycled content is resistant to corrosion, does not promote mold, bacteria or fungi growth and is indoor air quality certified. This product is safer and more comfortable to install than other fiberglass products because the longer fibers are less likely to cause irritating itching associated with the rotary spun fiberglass. Also, these kits do not require special tape or clips to be held in place, insulation is held in place with the rigid re-enforced mesh vinyl facer. Our Fiberglass product is also Fire Rated and is Flame Retardant. Both the Vinyl Facing and the Fiberglass carry a Flame and Smoke Spread Rating of 25/50 respectively when tested in accordance with ASTM E 84 or the Underwriters Laboratories flame spread test method. Fiberglass will not flame up and if hot enough will only smolder.

Installation Instructions

Measure

Measure the length and width of the

garage door panel inside dimensions.

Cut

Using a utility knife cut the insulation to

the dimensions to fill the inside panel cavity.

Use a mask and gloves for protection

Install

Simply tuck the insulation you measured into

the inside frame grooves of each panel.
