If you can order the item online it can be shipped via UPS Ground, if you have to contact us to place an order it is shipped LTL Freight and additional charges apply. Lift Systems, Tool Boxes and other bulky items are shipped "Terminal-to-Terminal" LTL GROUND and freight charges will be additional. We provide tracking numbers for all products shipped from our warehouse and products shipped from our suppliers are not provided tracking information. Please inspect all freight prior to accepting, Texas Garages is not responsible for freight damage and customers must file all claims directly with the delivering carrier. Contact us for QUANTITY PRICING and COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT DISCOUNTS. We have a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY on all products except special order items. Items returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and please contact us prior to returning to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items must be returned freight pre-paid in original packaging in "Like New, Sellable Condition".
