The RacorPRO® PHL-1R Heavy Lift Hoist stores bulky items up to 12-feet off the floor without the use of a ladder! Heavy-duty steel platform measures 48" x 48" and a lifting capacity of 250-lbs. Unit raises and lowers using a hand-crank wand or drill driver attached to a lockable "worm-drive" winding axle with vinyl coated steel cables. Lift platform touches the floor from an 8' ceiling.
